Mavka
Mavka; a creature from Slavic mythology; usually depicted as a young woman luring men into the water with them with their beauty.
I did a rendition of Mavka initially in the beginning on the year that I was never satisfied with the final result on and wanted to take another stab at the lady of the swamp at the end of the year .
Initially I did a piece with inks based upon the mythology of Mavka but was never satisfied with how far I ended up taking it; wishing I just stopped at these initial inks .
